Choosing your massage therapy program is an important decision, and we believe the admissions process should be informative, personal, and supportive. Our goal is to help you determine whether our apprenticeship program aligns with your goals, learning style, and vision for your future.

Admission Requirements
Applicants must:

Be at least 18 years of age before beginning the apprenticeship.

Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Complete the online application.

Meet with Tara and Amanda for an applicant interview before acceptance into the program.

Meet all Missouri apprenticeship registration requirements.

Demonstrate a genuine commitment to learning, professionalism, and ethical client care.
Investment in Your Education
Choosing to pursue a career in massage therapy is an investment in your education, your future, and yourself. We believe financial considerations shouldn’t prevent you from exploring whether our apprenticeship is the right fit.
IIMB offers flexible payment options, including in-house financing, to help make tuition more manageable. During the enrollment process, we’ll work with you to review available options, answer your questions, and help you understand the financial commitment before making a decision.

Step 1: Explore & Connect
Take your time exploring our website, learning about our apprenticeship program, and taking a virtual tour of our classroom and clinic spaces. If questions come up along the way, we're here to help. We encourage you to reach out—we'd love to connect and help you determine if our program is the right fit for your goals.

Step 2: Tour the Institute
Come experience IIMB for yourself. We invite prospective apprentices to visit the Institute, explore our classroom and clinic spaces, and get a feel for our learning environment. A tour is also an opportunity to meet with our Certified Mentors, ask questions, and learn more about what you can expect from the apprenticeship experience.

Step 3: Submit Your Application
When you're ready, submit your online application. We'll carefully review your information to ensure our apprenticeship program is a good fit for your educational goals and professional aspirations.
Step 4: Meet with your Certified Mentors
Once you have applied to the program, we'll schedule a personalized apprentice interview where we'll review your program schedule, enrollment agreement, tuition and payment options, required documents, and answer any remaining questions. The interview takes place before an acceptance decision is made.
Step 5: Prepare To Begin Your Apprenticeship
Once you receive an acceptance notification, you will finalize your enrollment agreement contract, confirm tuition payments, and submit the required enrollment fee and documentation.
You’ll then join your Class and begin learning alongside our collaborative Certified Mentor team.
